3 (More) Revenue Generating Activities You Can Implement Today

In the last blog post, I revealed the top 4 revenue generating activities you should be focusing on in your business.  Today, I would like to reveal 3 more revenue generating activities with you!  So, here they are:

1.  Workshops-  Who says you have to wait for a networking event to become a speaker? While I suggested that you go and find networking events and speaking opportunities, you can also create your own speaking opportunities.  This can happen by hosting your own workshops in your local community, hosting a virtual webinar or teleseminar online, and even hopping on one of the many social media tools and doing a live stream.  There are so many tools that you can use to get your message out into the world.

 

2. Facebook Ads-  Facebook ads are all the rage. And for good reason; they actually work!  It’s disheartening how people are against Facebook ads because they don’t want to spend the money for marketing.   I get it, maybe you are bootstrapping your business, or new in business,  and still learning the ropes.  We all have to start somewhere, right?  But, at the end of the day, you are going to have to invest in yourself and in your business there is no way around it.  And Facebook ads are much more effective than placing an advertisement in your local newspaper.

I mean there is no other platform on the planet where you are able to identify your EXACT target market. You can target people who just got engage, had a baby, traveling to a new city, purchased similar products to yours and the list goes on! It’s a no- brainer to invest in Facebook ads.  Don’t fret because you can perform Facebook ads for as little as $ 5 a day!  How cool is that?

 

3. Producing and Publishing Content–  You often hear a lot of  experts telling you BLOGS and VIDEOS are not considered revenue generating activities. However, I beg to differ.  You see if you run an online business like I do, your business relies heavily on content.  Content creation allows people to get to know, like, and trust you.  Once they feel like you offered enough value, they will usually take the next step.  That next step is often signing up for your email list or actually buying one of your programs, products, or services. I can speak from first hand experience that producing content actually works!

I have received “done for you clients” from blog posts I have written and information product sales from informational and educational videos I produced.
